    A minimum 1-week notice is required for all orders. A 50% deposit is required in order to proceed with booking. Your booking is guaranteed after you have paid the deposit and receive an order confirmation from us. Please email us at hello@butterbellyla.com if you submitted an inquiry form and have not received a response after 48 hours.

  • Inquiry forms are made available on a monthly basis. The following month’s order form will be available the last Sunday of the current month.

  • We are a home bakery located in the South Bay, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275. Our baked goods are made in a Los Angeles County-approved and licensed home kitchen (Permit #PR0325222). Pickup details and the exact address will be provided once your order is confirmed. Local delivery may be requested for an additional fee.

  • All of our products are made in a home kitchen that also handles the following common food allergens: eggs, wheat, milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, fish and sesame. For this reason, while we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free product. It is the client’s responsibility to inform their guests of any potential allergy risks.

  • Buttercream cakes are extremely fragile and require proper handling, care and attention. Please be advised that high temperatures, humid environments and direct sunlight may adversely affect your product in appearance and/or taste. Cakes are best stored in a refrigerator, then brought to room temperature for best flavor and texture. Please remove your cake from the fridge 1-2 hours before serving, in a cool area away from direct sunlight.

  • While we do not copy another baker’s exact designs, we will use inspiration photos to create a unique, custom-made interpretation in our style. Colors, textures and decorative elements may vary slightly due to materials, lighting and ingredients.

  • All of our cakes are buttercream cakes. Fondant may be used for small design details, but the finish of the cake will be buttercream.
